LIMANY In Collaboration With ROL And The I-HELP Liberia Project, Donates Medical Equipment And A Complete Class Set Of Laboratory Equipment To Ganta Methodist Mission School And Hospital

As Ganta United Methodist Mission School Alumni Association prepares to observe its Fourth National Reunion Conference (NRC) in Baltimore, Maryland on August 8-10, 2008, the Liberia Mandingo Association of New York (LIMANY) in collaboration with Resources and Outreach for Liberia (ROL) and the I-HELP Liberia Project donated medical and laboratory equipment to NRC’s effort in the rebuilding of Ganta Mission School.

In 2007, LIMANY shipped more than US $200,000.00 worth of assorted materials to Liberia. These materials were distributed among the University of Liberia, John F. Kennedy Hospital, Muslim Congress High School, Madia Junoir High School, Lott Carey High School, Salafiya High school, Kpain High School, Ganta High Schools, the Liberian Marketig Association in Monrovia, the Toddler Care Nursery & Daycare Center, and the Church of God in New kru Town and so on.

This year (2008), LIMANY is preparing to again ship more than US $100,000.00 worth of medical and education materials to two major cities in Liberia. The collaborating partners in 2007 decided on Ganta and Gbanga as the two cities.
