It has been reported by Tribune, a local Nigerian newspaper that Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) is concluding plans to use military force to oust Laurent Gbagbo. Despite the nature of the current state of affairs in Ivory Coast, ECOWAS military intervention to oust Gbagbo will be a declaration of war against Ivorian armed forces.
